This year, 2006, Brilliant Classics celebrates its tenth anniversary. To mark this occasions we issue 10 boxes with 10 CDs each. They are dedicated to the music by ten great composers.
Bach is here represented by some of his major works. This set contains a brand new and exciting recording of the complete Brandenburg Concertos played on period instruments by Musica Amphion.
More orchestral music with the violin and the double concertos. Solo music includes 3 of the cello suites, the Goldberg Variations and some works for organ. From the religious music the St. Johns Passion and some cantatas have been chosen.
