Bruckner Symphonies
Gigant conductor Jochum devoted much of his time to Bruckner. He made quite a number of recordings of the symphonies with several orchestras. In the late nineteenseventies the Staatskapelle Dresden was his partner in an impressive series of these symphonies.
Complemented by the Nullte symphony (0) to make a really complete set.
Performed by the Staatskapelle Dresden under Eugen Jochum (1-9) and the Saarbrücken Radio Symphony Orchestra under Stanislaw Skrowaczewski (0). Linzer version of symphony no. 1).
